I. Promotion SOP

There are two ways to achieve a promotion, Board Promotions and Field Promotions.  Board promotions take a personal Interview and overall overview of the person to decide if they are worthy of the promotion.  Field promotions take place when a position needs immediate filling or a person assigned to a duty which requires a higher rank.  There is usually a grace period where the person will assume the duties, and if those duties are performed satisfactorily, then they will receive the rank.
There are four categories which are taken into account before someone is promoted on a board;
Time in Service
Awards
Ability Test
Position Availability
Time in service shows the persons dedication and loyalty to the unit.  See Chart Below:

II. Uniform SOP

One of the most prestigious parts of being in Starfleet is the wear of the uniform, it displays to the rest of the people that we are proud of who we are and care about our image.  The following is how the uniform will be worn while on duty.

On Kali: Clan (19)  Rank (|Ens|)  Name(Janeway)  Rank (|Ens|)  Wing (A)
                                                                                                                                                   19|Janeway|A

On WON: Rank(|Ens|)  Clan(19)  hyphen (-) Rank (Abbrv.)  Name(Janeway)

VI. Security

If there is information for certain personnel, and is required to stay between those personnel, then security classifications are used.  For example there is a tournament or upcoming game with another clan, and we know which maps they favor, and which kind of tactics they tend to use, we will distribute that information to our members.  The higher the rank the higher the classification.  See Chart Below;
